About Suzi

I have lived in Placer and Nevada County for over 20 years. I originally relocated here for a promotion in the mid-90’s, from Southern California near Magic Mountain. While it was initially daunting to move our family and young son at the time to a completely new area, once we got here we all immediately knew that we had found the perfect community. We have counted our blessings to live in such a wonderful place ever since.

Real estate has always been my passion. I bought my first house when I was 23 years old and started putting strong intention towards investing in real estate in 1997. I am a true people person that is fueled by cultivating long term mutually beneficial relationships with people. I got my real estate license in 1994 the same year that I graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I recently retired, after 35 years of service with AT&T. I knew that it was my calling to go back to my first love of helping people find their perfect home and property for the best possible value.

I believe first and foremost that the process of buying a home, whether your first or your tenth, should be an easy and joyful experience. I work tirelessly for clients and put in the personal attention to make that a reality. The process of buying a home is so much more than buying a roof to put over your head, but rather the opportunity to fulfill your dreams while also building a strong investment for their future. Nothing is more rewarding to me than facilitating that reality for people.
